You must be 18 or older to use this site, and 21 or older where your state or the casino sets that minimum. Gambling involves risk of loss. If it stops being fun, call the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-GAMBLER.

This page explains how to contact the Best Crypto Casinos team, what we can help with, and what we can't. We are an independent comparison site. We are not a casino, and we don't hold your money or accounts.

How to reach us

Use the contact form or the contact details shown on this page or in the site footer. We don't publish a personal email address or phone number here, so please don't trust messages that claim to come from us from other channels. We will never ask for your wallet seed phrase, private keys, passwords or 2FA codes.

We have not published a guaranteed response time. Messages are read in the order they arrive, and corrections to factual errors are usually the quickest to act on.

What we can help with

  • Corrections: a review, bonus term, supported coin or licensing detail that looks out of date or wrong. Please tell us what you saw and where, and send a link or screenshot of the casino's own page if you can.
  • Questions about our rankings: how we compare sites on coins, payout speed, bonuses, verification rules and licensing. Our About Us page covers who we are and how we work.
  • Feedback: topics you want covered, such as wallet setup, network fees or stablecoin deposits.
  • Business and partnership enquiries: we may earn commission from some casinos we list. Commission doesn't buy position in our rankings, and we'll say so to anyone who asks.
  • Reporting a concern: if a listed casino behaves in a way readers should know about, send us the details. We review these reports, but we can't treat one report as proof.

What we can't do

We can't resolve disputes with a casino. That includes frozen accounts, delayed withdrawals, bonus forfeitures and closed accounts. We have no access to operator systems and can't recover funds or influence a decision.

We also can't:

  • give legal or tax advice, including whether play is allowed in your state. Offshore crypto casinos sit in a legal grey area for US players, so check your state's laws and consult a qualified professional;
  • recover crypto sent to the wrong address or the wrong network. On-chain transactions are generally irreversible;
  • advise on bypassing geoblocks, using false details or avoiding identity, anti-money-laundering or sanctions checks.

If you have a problem with a casino

These steps are general suggestions, not guarantees of a result:

  1. Read the casino's terms, especially the bonus, wagering and withdrawal sections. Our Terms and Conditions cover this site only, not any casino.
  2. Contact the casino's own support in writing and keep copies of every message.
  3. Save your transaction hash, the wallet address and the network you used, plus the time of each deposit and withdrawal.
  4. Check a block explorer to see whether your transaction has confirmed.
  5. If the issue remains unresolved, tell us. We may note it in our research, but we can't intervene.

Before you send us a message

Details help us respond usefully. Include the name of the casino, the page or section concerned, and the date you saw the information. Our information was last fact-checked on Oct 1, 2026, and bonus terms, supported coins and verification rules can change without notice. Always confirm current terms with the casino before depositing.

Playing safely

Offshore casinos are licensed outside the US, in places like Curaçao or Anjouan, not by any US regulator. They may not provide the same player protections or self-exclusion tools as state-regulated operators. Crypto prices can also move sharply, so the dollar value of your balance can fall even if you don't lose a bet. Only play with money you can afford to lose, and never chase losses.

Our Responsible Gambling page lists limit-setting tools and support options. If you need to talk to someone now, call 1-800-GAMBLER.
